Baby Doge is looking for a KOL Outreach Manager to drive our visibility and partnerships across the Web3, crypto, and digital communities. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers who align with our mission to bring crypto to the masses while saving dogs.

What You'll Do

Research, identify, and prioritize KOLs, influencers, and creators aligned with BabyDoge’s brand and values.
Conduct outreach, build relationships, and manage negotiations with KOLs for promotional activities.
Coordinate and track influencer campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
Maintain a structured database of partnerships, campaign performance, and communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation.
Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, performance metrics, and partnership development.
Monitor trends within influencer marketing and the crypto industry to optimize outreach strategy.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in influencer marketing, outreach management, or partnership development.
Fluent English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and crypto communities.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Nice to Have

Experience preferably within the gaming, tech, charity or Web3 sectors.
Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian.
Familiarity with Web3 culture, terminology, and market trends.
