What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base for the Sales & Launch team
- Structure and organize information to ensure easy access and clarity
- Collaborate with revenue teams to identify and document key processes and best practices
- Ensure all knowledge content is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or a related field
- Strong ability to structure complex information clearly and logically
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Experience working within a sales, revenue, or product launch environment
