Owner is hiring a Knowledge Specialist for the Revenue - Sales & Launch department. This role focuses on creating and managing critical knowledge assets to support our go-to-market functions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base for the Sales & Launch team
  • Structure and organize information to ensure easy access and clarity
  • Collaborate with revenue teams to identify and document key processes and best practices
  • Ensure all knowledge content is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or a related field
  • Strong ability to structure complex information clearly and logically
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working within a sales, revenue, or product launch environment

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position based in Mexico.
