As a Kierownik Utrzymania Ruchu (Maintenance Manager) at Solventum, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuity and efficiency of our production processes. What You'll Do
- Lead a team of maintenance engineers, planning and supervising maintenance, repair, and modernization of machinery and equipment.
- Manage the operational and investment budget for the Maintenance department.
- Optimize the organization of machine inspections, maintenance, and modernization plans to prevent failures and minimize downtime.
- Regularly inspect production equipment, analyze diagnostic system results, and take corrective actions.
- Support technicians with major breakdowns, coordinating repair actions and minimizing production losses.
- Optimize maintenance, repair, and inspection documentation.
- Manage relationships with external service companies and optimize warehouse management processes.
- Streamline the organization of the Maintenance and Facilities Operations departments.
- Analyze and monitor the reliability of machines and equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize preventive and predictive maintenance based on failure analysis.
- Collaborate with production management and other supporting departments to optimize processes and improve system reliability.
- Train personnel on best practices in maintenance and reliability.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), take corrective actions, and report results to management.
- Oversee operational expenses within the Maintenance department.
- Participate in investment projects.
What We're Looking For
- Technical higher education.
- Several years of experience in a technical department, preferably in machine and equipment repair and maintenance.
- Basic technical knowledge in mechanics and/or automation.
- Knowledge of modern maintenance organization techniques (e.g., TPM, 5S).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Analytical skills and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, MS PowerPoint.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to work under stress and make independent decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Preferred fields of study: Automation, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Machine Design.
