Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is hiring a Key Account Manager, Neurology for the Lublin, Świętokrzyskie, and Mazowieckie regions of Poland. In this role, you will promote our Neurology products, achieve sales targets, and build strategic relationships within the healthcare sector.
What You'll Do
- Conduct effective substantive promotion of assigned products across the designated territory.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and billing departments.
- Achieve set sales targets and manage the promotional budget according to plan.
- Monitor competitor market activities and share intelligence with the team.
- Actively monitor and analyze hospital tenders and contract utilization within your territory.
- Co-organize and support promotional initiatives, workshops, conferences, and congresses in the region.
- Process documentation and communication with clients efficiently.
- Prepare and regularly review the Regional Business Plan with your supervisor.
- Be adaptable to structural changes driven by company strategy.
- Settle expenses on time and comply with all required system procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Higher education degree.
- Proven ability to work with drug programs.
- Strong medical-product and market knowledge.
- Excellent territory and client management skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills.

This is a local-country role based in Poland, specifically covering the Lublin, Świętokrzyskie, and Mazowieckie regions.
