iRhythm Technologies is hiring a Key Account Manager to provide superior support for our highest volume accounts in the Tampa, FL area. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating long-term customer relationships, meeting key performance indicators, and serving as the primary escalation point to ensure patient and customer success.
What You'll Do
- Strategically partner with the iRhythm Sales organization to ensure the success of customers and patients within our large account segment.
- Drive customer and account performance by monitoring and measuring activities including registration volume, device inventory management, customer satisfaction, clinical effectiveness, and workflow efficiency.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for iRhythm internal teams regarding assigned customers, liaising with stakeholders in billing, clinical operations, legal, finance, inventory, and customer care.
- Train customers on iRhythm service tools such as ZioSuite and MyZio.
- Act in a timely manner to resolve customer issues.
- Provide continuous evaluation of processes and customer workflow, suggesting new methods to create efficiencies and leveraging regional expertise.
- Manage, onboard, and support assigned accounts.
- Attend and support key customer meetings and sales Quarterly Business Review sessions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with accounts and the internal sales organization.
- Lead or participate in strategic initiatives within assigned accounts.
- Conduct in-person account management initiatives as needed.
- Monitor and communicate key performance trends across assigned accounts, working to develop action plans for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- At least 3 years in an account management or customer success role supporting large or complex accounts.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager in a healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology environment.
- Self-directed and proactive nature.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with tools including CRM (Salesforce), reporting, and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptionally collaborative, highly responsive, flexible, and adaptive.
- Must be willing to travel up to 20%.
Nice to Have
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and present information succinctly and actionable.
- Proven understanding of how to apply key performance measurements to drive commercial development.

- Compensation: $81,000 - $105,000
