EMD Serono is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the comprehensive management of key accounts in the Guadalajara region for endocrinology. You will be responsible for driving the growth and positioning of assigned products, combining strategic planning with field execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage key accounts comprehensively, driving growth and positioning of assigned products.
- Lead the development, monitoring, and execution of the territory strategic plan.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, market share, and new business development in endocrinology.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
- Identify commercial opportunities and territories with potential.
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of micro-marketing activities.
- Ensure accurate communication of product benefits, safety, and features according to approved strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and account management teams.
- Provide feedback on market dynamics, trends, and competition.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related economic-administrative fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in promotion and sales within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Residency in Guadalajara or nearby areas.
- Availability to travel frequently.
- Proficiency with Office tools and data analysis software (Data Numérica or similar).
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and work in collaborative teams.
- Proactivity, adaptability, and results-oriented focus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in medical detailing or institutional accounts.
- Intermediate English.
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Data analysis tools (Data Numérica or similar).

Work Mode
This role is onsite based in Guadalajara.
