Emerging Travel Group is looking for a Key Account Manager (Center/South of Italy) to strengthen our market position and drive growth. In this client-facing role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and developing relationships with our partners across Central and Southern Italy, with a focus on expanding our client base and maximizing performance.
What You'll Do
- Expand and consolidate Emerging Travel Group's presence in the assigned territory.
- Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs, to increase their performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Follow up with existing and new partners to provide system training.
- Position the brand within the travel trade through ongoing product presentations and networking events.
- Address incident issues, ensuring partner support.
- Oversee and ensure accuracy in transaction processing for payments control.
- Spend approximately 40% of working time on business trips, including client meetings and industry events.
- Provide market and competitive environment analysis.
- Provide regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems.
- Maximize and develop API deals with potential and existing partners.
