RateHawk is looking for a Junior Account Manager Italy to expand and consolidate our presence in the assigned territory. You will be at the forefront of building relationships with travel partners to propel the RateHawk brand forward. Our mission is to make the travel world better together.
What You'll Do
- Expand and consolidate RateHawk's presence in your assigned territory in Italy.
- Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs, to increase their performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Follow up with existing and new partners to provide system training.
- Position the brand within the travel trade through ongoing product presentations and networking events.
- Address incident issues, ensuring partners receive timely support.
- Control payments by overseeing and ensuring accuracy in transaction processing.
- Spend a significant portion of working time on business trips for client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.
- Provide market and competitive environment analysis.
- Provide regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems.
- Maximize and develop API deals with potential and existing partners.
