BRF is seeking a Junior Training and Development Analyst to join our team and support the BRF Academy. In this role, you will help define and produce learning content, manage development programs, and track performance metrics to foster a continuous learning environment.
What You'll Do
- Interface with the team and Business Partners to define content and support material production for the BRF Academy.
- Propose learning solutions aligned with business needs and the Academy's methodology.
- Develop and administer Learning Paths, defining formats like video pills, infographics, games, and quizzes.
- Plan and organize BRF Academy forums with support from the team and business partners.
- Ensure the operationalization of digital learning tools by interfacing between business areas, IT, and vendors.
- Track key indicators, identify deviations and improvement opportunities, and suggest action plans.
- Execute the annual integrated communication calendar and propose engagement actions.
- Support the development of informative content for internal dissemination, building narratives and standardizing communication.
What We're Looking For
- Complete Higher Education.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
