BASF is looking for a Junior Specialist Treasury Back Office to join our Regional Treasury EMEA team in Berlin. In this role, you will learn about Treasury and Cash Management within a global corporation and support our safeguarding of international transactions from both technical and process perspectives.
What You'll Do
- Prepare periodic reports of foreign transactions and balances for central banks within the EU region, such as AWV reporting for Deutsche Bundesbank.
- Act as the direct contact for central banks, handling the formal registration of group companies and the technical set-up in our systems.
- Attend to various enquiries, conduct quality control, and support group companies in audit preparation, implementation, and follow-up.
- Contribute to the continuous development and automation of our reporting processes and document knowledge accordingly.
- Engage in solution-oriented cooperation with interfaces for purchasing, sales, and accounting.
What We're Looking For
- A commercial business training or a degree in Business Administration with first knowledge of Cash Management, Treasury, and/or Corporate Finance.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in AWV reporting, SAP FI, and/or MS Excel.
- Good communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.

- Gross annual salary (full-time): 35.000 - 39.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
