Absa Bank, a bank committed to empowering Africa’s tomorrow, is looking for a Junior Specialist: Risk. In this role, you will perform critical risk and securities administrative duties by executing predefined objectives as per standard operating procedures. You will play a key support role in helping managers ensure compliance.
What You'll Do
- Perform quarterly risk and control assessments, front to back, for allocated business.
- Log risk events and issues, track and update risk registers, and perform Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
- Assist with all administrative and general functions, including reporting and tracking of issues.
- Assist managers in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Release quarantined emails.
What We're Looking For
- A Higher Diploma in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
