RateHawk was looking for a Junior Sales Manager South Cone & Brazil

RateHawk is looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in the South Cone & Brazil region. You will be instrumental in forging new strategic partnerships and expanding our client base within the dynamic travel industry. This is a remote role for candidates residing in Brazil or Argentina.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement sales activities to hit targets and expand our presence in your assigned territory.
  • Approach and sign up new partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs.
  • Provide extended training to new partners on our system.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new partners.
  • Spend approximately 10% of working time on business trips for client meetings and industry events.
  • Provide market and competitive environment analysis.
  • Provide regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in sales management or business development for B2B companies within the travel industry.
  • Understanding of the region's B2B travel market networks.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Up to 10% of travel time required.
  • Analytical skills: data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven, and good with numbers.
  • Personal skills: proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with fast-changing business environment, team player.
  • International mindset: ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts.

Nice to Have

  • Competence in API technology deals.
