AUTO1 Group is hiring a Junior Sales Manager B2B / Telesales to join our dynamic sales team. In this 100% remote role, you will start by supporting customers with all questions related to car purchases while learning to actively shape the sales process at the intersection of inside sales and the automotive industry.
What You'll Do
- Support customers with all questions and concerns related to car purchases.
- Acquire new business relationships by winning over sales partners via phone, making each contact a special experience with tailored solutions.
- Actively shape the sales process, relying on continuous support and coaching from your team leader.
- Plan your workday independently and celebrate your individual sales successes.
- Report regularly to your team lead, keeping an eye on your KPIs together.
What We're Looking For
- First experience in telesales or door-to-door sales.
- Good communication skills, skill in active listening to steer customer expectations, high self-motivation, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Very good communication and expression skills in German, both spoken and written.
Team & Environment
Work with Sales Managers, Promoters, and inside sales staff, reporting to a Team Lead.
