We’re expanding our local presence in Munich and looking for a Junior Sales Executive to help grow our networking solutions business in Germany. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying new market opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and building strong, lasting relationships through consistent communication and in-person visits.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct market research to uncover growth potential and target high-value prospects.
- Reach out to new customers via cold calls and networking to generate new sales leads.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and manage contract processes to meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and ensure follow-ups are timely.
- Work closely with technical support and product experts to match customer needs with the right solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings, presenting product capabilities effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven comfort in B2B sales environments within Germany.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both German and English.
- A consultative mindset—able to listen, understand pain points, and guide customers toward effective solutions.
- Full German driving license required.
