ecosio is hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative E-invoicing (German speaking) (f/m/d)

About the Role

ecosio, a company dedicated to building Connections That Work, is seeking a Junior Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on proactive outreach and lead qualification for our e-invoicing solutions. You will be instrumental in generating initial touchpoints with potential customers and will travel approximately 30-40% of the time to events and fairs, all while working within a remote-first culture.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively reach out to new potential customers and pre-qualify leads to ensure our offering aligns with their needs.
  • Research important contact details, identify potential customers, and generate initial touchpoints via social media, webinars, phone calls, and email.
  • Travel to events, fairs, and company events approximately 30-40% of the time.
  • Develop and implement new lead generation ideas in cooperation with your team lead and team.
  • Track all data in Salesforce regularly, ensuring accurate follow-up and relationship building with prospects.

What We're Looking For

  • German language proficiency at C2 level.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for technical topics.
  • Persuasive ability to quickly win over your counterpart.
  • Comfort navigating through changes in a dynamic company.
  • Self-initiative to exceed KPIs, including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.

Nice to Have

  • 6 months of experience in cold calling and strategic outreach.
  • Additional language skills in Italian, French, or Spanish.

Work Mode
