360Dialog GmbH is hiring a Junior Product Manager to join the team developing 360Pilot, our data analytics platform for clients. This role is designed for someone with a technical background who is eager to learn and grow into a full Product Manager position, working fully remote.
What You'll Do
- Support the Product Manager in writing user stories, managing the backlog, and organizing product delivery.
- Help translate business and client needs into clear technical requirements.
- Participate in discovery through user interviews, data analysis, and validation of product ideas.
- Assist in defining and tracking product metrics.
- Test new features, validate data, and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to follow up on tasks, remove blockers, and improve processes.
- Document product features, workflows, and technical behavior.
What We're Looking For
- Technical background in Computer Science, Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, or a similar field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Python (or a similar scripting language).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (GCP preferred).
- Understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, or analytics systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and solid English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Git, Jira, or Agile methodology.
- Experience with dashboards or BI tools.
- Previous exposure to product development.
