KPMG Spain is hiring a Junior PMO for the Tax & Legal Innovation and Technology team at KPMG Abogados. In this role, you will play a key support function in our digital transformation initiatives, including the deployment of Generative AI, the adoption of LegalTech and TaxTech solutions, and the governance of our technology projects.
What You'll Do
- Support business areas in launching AI agents in Copilot/Digital Gateway GenAI, including use case identification, functional design, and deployment.
- Monitor testing plans for AI Agents, covering functional testing, output validation, security, and traceability.
- Collaborate with Legal Advisory and Risk Management on impact assessments for new AI solutions adopted by the firm.
- Track usage and adoption of GenAI solutions by collecting metrics and preparing reports and dashboards.
- Support tasks related to AI Governance, focusing on ethical and responsible use and risk mitigation.
- Participate in Global AI initiatives with other KPMG member firms.
- Collaborate on initiatives related to the adoption and progressive deployment of Digital Gateway as the reference technology platform in Tax & Legal.
- Support operational monitoring tasks for initiatives deployed on Digital Gateway.
- Coordinate with internal teams and, occasionally, with clients to ensure correct execution according to defined plans.
- Support documentation, reporting, and milestone control for initiatives related to Digital Gateway.
- Support the management of non-GenAI technology projects, including automation, collaborative tools, and internal applications.
- Gather and structure functional requirements defined by the business.
- Support the identification and tracking of project risks.
- Operationally coordinate teams involved in project execution.
- Monitor deployment and support control of initial solution usage.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (Data, AI, RPA, application development, UX/UI, analytics) and Tax & Legal business areas.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical profiles.
- Support the translation of business needs into specific tasks and deliverables.
- Ensure proper traceability of project decisions, actions, and deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Law, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- At least 1 year of experience in technology project management or support, PMO, or consulting environments.
- Experience or exposure to technology solution implementation projects (LegalTech, automation, collaborative tools, AI, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow up on multiple tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- A structured approach and strong attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to learn and develop in fast-paced technological environments.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge or interest in technological risks and compliance (advanced experience is not required).
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
