Delasport is looking for a Junior PHP Developer to begin a career building platforms for the sports and online gaming industry. You'll work on integrations, real-time data processing, and reporting systems at scale, collaborating with experienced engineers to learn modern backend technologies.

What You'll Do

Assist in integrating third-party customer services and APIs
Contribute to developing new features under the guidance of senior engineers
Help maintain and improve existing functionality
Participate in code reviews and learn best development practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with team support
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver reliable product features
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

What We're Looking For

0–2 years of experience in web application development (commercial or strong personal projects)
Basic knowledge of PHP and object-oriented programming
Understanding of relational databases (MySQL or similar)
Basic understanding of REST APIs
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
Willingness to learn new technologies and improve technical skills

Nice to Have

Basic familiarity with Symfony or similar PHP frameworks
Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Node.js
Interest in the sports or gaming industry
Understanding of web security fundamentals
