Lincoln Electric is hiring a Junior Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment for the production of welding wire, including forming, drawing, spooling, and packaging.
What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain forming-drawing equipment for tubular welding wire.
- Handle spooling, rewinding, and packaging processes.
- Perform equipment adjustments according to defined work parameters.
- Conduct self-inspection of the flux and finished product.
- Follow detailed work instructions and occupational safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma, vocational school certificate, or equivalent formal qualification.
- A strong technical aptitude.
Work Mode
This position requires daily onsite work at our facility in Buzau.
