Bikeflip is looking for a Junior IT Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will report to the CTO and be responsible for managing continuous platform improvement, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact features to drive growth and delight users.
What You'll Do
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap in partnership with stakeholders from engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
- Break down high-level goals into user stories and detailed requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Track progress using Linear and communicate status to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to balance technical constraints and business needs.
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to inform product decisions.
- Write clear, concise documentation such as specs, release notes, and process guides in English.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in Product Management of a software product, ideally in a startup or marketplace environment.
- Proven experience managing products in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Hands-on experience with Linear, Jira, or equivalent issue-tracking and roadmapping tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills; comfortable presenting to global stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of web architectures, APIs, and common tech stacks.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Next.js or PHP codebases, even at a high level.
- Experience working with AWS services like EC2, Lambda, or RDS, or other cloud platforms.
- Previous background in marketplaces or e-commerce products.
- Passion for cycling and outdoor sports.

You'll join an international team of engineers, designers, and cycling enthusiasts at a company with 11-50 employees. This role reports directly to the CTO.
