Ball Corporation is looking for a Junior Invoice Issuance Analyst to support our Billing team's core activities. In this role, you will ensure accurate invoice issuance and contribute to key area projects, playing a vital part in our financial operations.
What You'll Do
- Support the execution of the Billing team's activities.
- Issue tax invoices within tax rules, stipulated deadlines, and with quality.
- Perform archiving and control of documents necessary for processes (e.g., invoices, debit notes, credit notes).
- Identify and escalate discrepancies for treatment by the senior team, when applicable.
- Participate in area projects and ensure interface with the IT area for their delivery on time and with quality.
What We're Looking For
- Complete degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in the financial or tax area of organizations.
- Knowledge of the SAP SD MM FI platform.
Nice to Have
- Intermediate knowledge of Spanish.
