Azurreo is looking for a Junior Hosting & Operations Officer to ensure the seamless operation and superior quality of our hosting and telecom services. You will be the vital link supporting deployment projects, monitoring performance, and directly contributing to customer satisfaction by resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
What You'll Do
- Support the deployment, relocation, and maintenance of hosting locations.
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot Quality of Service (QoS) and performance issues related to hosting environments.
- Document and update configurations, incidents, and resolutions in internal systems.
- Manage the lifecycle of mobile line operations (activation, validity, registration, and contract tracking).
- Serve as a primary coordination point with telecom operators to resolve service disruptions and technical incidents.
- Ensure all operational data is accurately tracked and maintained in internal databases.
- Act as a key contributor to customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and effective solutions.
- Assist in preparing detailed reports on operational performance, incident trends, and customer feedback for management.
- Support cross-functional meetings and ensure follow-up on critical action points.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical operations, IT support, telecom, or customer success role.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Based in Lebanon with a dedicated setup for full-time remote work.
