KPMG Spain is looking for a Junior Healthcare Business Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will perform strategic and operational consulting projects to improve processes and organization, leading the digital transformation of major public and private healthcare entities.
What You'll Do
- Develop strategic and digital transformation plans for the healthcare sector (public and private).
- Drive innovation and technology adoption by incorporating new healthcare technologies into organizations (AI, RPA, NLP, etc.).
- Support digital transformation in healthcare organizations.
- Improve internal processes and service portfolios.
- Work on organizational models, coordination, and governance.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Engineering (Biomedical/Computer Science/Telecommunications/Industrial or similar), Mathematics, Physics, Biotechnology, or Health Sciences.
- No prior experience is required.
- Language proficiency at a B2-C1 level.
Nice to Have
- A Master's degree or postgraduate qualification.
- Knowledge or experience within the healthcare sector.
- Certifications in agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum) or specific healthcare standards (SNOMED, HL7, FHIR).
