About the Role
The Junior Event Producer assists in managing end-to-end event operations, from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for live and virtual events
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting
- Assist in venue selection and contract negotiations
- Liaise with vendors and external partners
- Manage event timelines and production schedules
- Prepare event briefs and status updates
- Conduct site visits and venue walkthroughs
- Troubleshoot issues during event execution
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams
- Gather post-event feedback and performance data
- Maintain event documentation and archives
- Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements
- Support on-site event staffing and coordination
- Monitor event deliverables against project plans
- Track vendor performance and deliverables
- Help develop event concepts and themes
- Coordinate shipping and materials handling
- Manage RSVPs and guest list updates
- Assist with presentation and signage content
- Ensure brand consistency across event materials
- Support crisis management and contingency planning
- Participate in client and stakeholder meetings
- Use project management tools to track progress
- Contribute to post-event reporting and analysis
