Live Reply GmbH is looking for a (Junior) Engineer Transmission Network (M/W/D) to help elevate the transmission networks of our telecommunications customers to the next level. You will be introduced to activities across various areas of transmission technology and learn to perform critical tasks independently.
What You'll Do
- Co-develop and shape the transmission networks of customers in the telecommunications market.
- Learn independent monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting in customers' active transmission networks.
- Ensure compliance with planning guidelines and deadlines to support efficient project progress.
- Specialize in specific fields of transmission technology and technologies during project work.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed university degree in (Business) Informatics, Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
- Proficiency in handling different transmission technologies (e.g., WDM, SDH, Ethernet, Next Generation ASON).
- Basic knowledge of the functionality of transmission technology management systems.
- Very good and confident language skills in German and English.
- Willingness to travel nationally.
Nice to Have
- Professional experience in the Transmission environment or related telecommunications technologies (fiber optics, DWDM, FTTH, FTTB).
