SHI International Corp. is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect – Services Presales - Enterprise Networking to lead the design and development of high-value service solutions for our clients. As a trusted advisor, you will craft scalable and repeatable service offerings, working closely with clients, sales, and delivery teams to address complex enterprise networking challenges.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand requirements, goals, and pain points.
- Support pre-sales engagements by leading discovery sessions, technical workshops, and assessments.
- Lead the development of SOWs, working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Function as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Create comprehensive technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation roadmaps, and cost estimates.
- Design scalable software-defined networking (SDN) and hybrid/multi-cloud network solutions.
- Provide expertise in enterprise networking technologies including SD-WAN, SASE, network automation, cloud networking, and security architectures.
- Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying new opportunities and optimizing service offerings.
- Partner with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure consistent solution development and smooth project handoff.
- Engage with SHI sales teams to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagement.
- Work with product and marketing teams to stay informed about the latest features and updates.
- Mentor, enable, and support sales teams in understanding and articulating the value of SHI’s enterprise networking services.
- Provide thought leadership on best practices, trends, and innovations in technology.
- Contribute to practice development by identifying areas for growth and leading innovation initiatives.
- Create and maintain practice standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
What We're Looking For
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
- 10 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility.
- 10 years of experience designing, implementing, and integrating technology solutions.
- 10 years of experience working with and migrating technology solutions.
- 10 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment.
- Expertise in routing, switching, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), and network security.
- Proficiency with network automation tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, and APIs.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on services solution development and revenue growth in Professional Services.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives and budget constraints.
- Experience in developing SOWs and driving revenue growth in professional services.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation, proposals, and architecture diagrams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Nice to Have
- CCIE, JNCIE, or AWS/Azure Networking certifications.

You will work closely with sales teams, account teams, cross-functional teams, internal technical and delivery teams, customer success managers, and product and marketing teams.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $128,000 - $200,000 base salary.
