At exmox GmbH, we're looking for a (Junior) Customer Support Manager to join our Customer Support team. You will be responsible for our German apps, ensuring a smooth and satisfying user experience as part of our international team with diverse cultural backgrounds.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for our users, representing our brand with clarity and empathy.
- Handle all user communication exclusively via web forms, ensuring fast and accurate responses.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with internal guidelines to maintain a high-quality community environment.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize workflows and improve processes.
- Track your own performance, manage your workload, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet internal goals and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- First experience in customer support, or strong interpersonal skills and situational awareness in previous roles.
- Native-level proficiency in German with excellent written communication.
- Fluency in English.
- Interest in technical support environments and the context of mobile games.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage complex workflows, and drive them to completion.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk or similar.
