BRF is hiring a Junior Controller Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will focus on analyzing and processing documents for payment requests and judicial guarantees, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and supporting the team's audit and decision-making processes.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and process documents and information from payment requests and judicial guarantees.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines for obtaining judicial guarantees and processing payments.
- Analyze data on judicial deposits and guarantees across internal systems, judicial processes, banks, and insurance brokers.
- Prepare reports, create pivot tables, apply formulas, perform analyses, and reconcile judicial deposits and guarantees.
- Analyze data and prepare studies to support leadership decision-making.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information and documentation.
- Work on low and medium complexity processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting changes.
- Receive guidance from leadership or more senior professionals to execute your responsibilities.
- Adhere to BRF's Sustainability Policy and contribute to the company's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments through daily activities.
What We're Looking For
- Complete graduation in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in reconciliation and accounting processes.
- Experience navigating public websites for data retrieval.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Protheus and SAP systems.
- Familiarity with e-social labor obligations.
