Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain sales and enablement content across Product, Industry, Commercial Process, and Sales Skills pillars
- Create and maintain standardized content templates aligned to the Commercial Academy operating model
- Partner with Enablement Program Owners (Commercial Academy, Onboarding, MD, G100, Seller Skills) to support program delivery with fit-for-purpose content
- Own content governance, including taxonomy, version control, lifecycle management, and quality standards
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to support localization workflows while protecting global standards
- Support launch content for GTM initiatives, priority growth motions, and strategic programs
- Analyze content usage and engagement data to inform continuous improvement
- Ensure content is optimized for delivery via Enablement Platforms, LMS, and SharePoint hubs
Requirements
- at least 3 years experience in sales enablement, content development, training design, or commercial communications (level dependent)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and seller workflows
- Experience building scalable, modular content for global audiences
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a matrixed, multi-regional environment

- Experience with enablement platforms, LMS tools, and SharePoint preferred
