Wavestone is looking for a Junior Consultant in Digital Transformation - Cloud Connect to join the CTO Advisory business unit. You will be part of the Cloud Connect team, working on how Generative AI is reshaping software development practices. Your role involves research, benchmarks, and proof-of-concepts on AI integration in development workflows, while participating in client consulting missions.
What You'll Do
- Work on one or more key themes: team prompt management, AI solution benchmarking, LLM selection for development, AI-generated retroactive documentation, security of development environments with AI, change management for developers, design of AI-augmented workflows, or analysis of AI's impact on skills and code quality.
- Write a scoping note detailing your understanding of the subject, key milestones, and deliverables.
- Contribute to building the firm's convictions on your chosen theme: analyze state of the art, document best practices, evaluate solutions via benchmarks, and formalize a methodological framework with concrete recommendations.
- Realize a proof-of-concept if relevant.
- Present your results to expert communities and contribute to their dissemination internally and externally.
- Participate in one or more consulting missions for clients, integrated into a consultant team under the responsibility of a Mission Director.
- Interview companies, publishers, or start-ups.
- Develop your expertise through training and self-training via e-learning platforms and MOOCs.
