INNIO is looking for a Junior Commercial Operations Manager (m/w/d) to support the creation of commercial and technical offers for new CHP plant construction and aftersales services. At our traditional company with a heart beating for the future, your work will focus on making customers happy through detailed technical and economic proposals.
What You'll Do
- Support commercial and technical offer creation for new CHP plant construction and aftersales.
- Handle tenders, customer inquiries, and technical & cost-based proposals, especially for process and electrical engineering parts of plants.
- Lead customer discussions.
- Design and optimize plant components and provide technical and economic evaluation of specifications in proposals.
- Accompany the offer process and create or consolidate commercial and technical proposal documents.
- Develop quantity frameworks for cost calculation of plant construction projects.
- Work closely with sales, project execution, and purchasing.
- Independently review commercial contracts in specific areas.
- Develop, create, and update standard sales documents and products for the sales organization.
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed engineering degree or technical vocational training with further education to become a state-certified technician or master craftsman in heating engineering, plumbing, process engineering, mechanical engineering, energy engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience in the area of plant optimization.
- Ability to work in an international team on high-performance products with a strong customer focus.
- Structured and goal-oriented working style.
- Independent, proactive, and flexible working style.
- Ability to prioritize while remaining focused and concentrated.
- Willingness to travel as needed, up to 15% within Germany.
- Very good user knowledge of MS-Office.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the field of process engineering for (piston-engine) power plants or general plant construction.
- Familiarity with applicable methods and standards in plant construction (e.g., DVGW, VGB, DGRL).
- Basic CAD knowledge.
