DSV is looking for a Junior Analyst - Customer Reporting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and processing data to deliver defined reports to clients with high quality and correctness within fixed time frames. You will work independently, support junior analysts, and help train new team members.
What You'll Do
- Complete assigned tasks according to deployed Account Setup Forms (ASF) for enrolled accounts.
- Establish communication with Account Owners, Stakeholders, and globally located departments.
- Update documentation related to the reporting process.
- Provide first-level support for queries related to data quality in specific reports.
- Work on problems and projects from moderately to considerable complexity.
- Audit reports prepared by other team members to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Propose improvements and optimizations for performed processes and implement them once agreed with supervisor.
- Provide training to other team members and act as a buddy for newcomers.
- Share your point of view regarding performed tasks and processes in a constructive manner.
- Develop sound and proven knowledge of the function's principles and build your expertise.
- Respond to emails within a maximum of two working days.
- Complete other tasks requested by your superior.
- Comply with internal regulations, procedures, law, and managers' orders.
- Demonstrate behaviors and attitudes consistent with DSV values.
- Develop professional skills through training and constant self-education.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in reporting tasks and data analysis.
- Experience in building reports based on customer requirements and specifications.
- Experience in data entry tasks and documentation.
- Good know-how in MS-Office (Outlook / Excel – Intermediate to advanced level).
Nice to Have
- Freight-forwarding or logistics education.
- At least basic knowledge in Cargowise One.
