Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Ltd. is seeking a Computer Vision Algorithm Engineer to develop and deploy algorithms for industrial visual inspection systems and to support the optimization of ADAS visual perception. You will be responsible for the full algorithm lifecycle from model training to system integration.
What You'll Do
- Develop algorithms for production line visual inspection systems, including defect detection, object detection and classification, and image segmentation.
- Support and optimize ADAS visual perception algorithms covering object recognition and scene understanding.
- Perform data annotation, model training, tuning, and evaluation using mainstream detection frameworks.
- Optimize models for deployment environments through quantization and acceleration for GPU and embedded platforms.
- Explore multi-modal technology applications, such as Video-to-Text, in industrial or automotive scenarios.
- Integrate algorithms into production line inspection systems or application platforms, ensuring real-time performance, stability, and maintainability.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Vision, AI, Electronic Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in computer vision and deep learning.
- Proficiency in core algorithms like object detection, image classification, and segmentation, with the ability to independently train, tune, and deploy mainstream models.
- Deep understanding of mainstream deep learning architectures like CNN and Transformer and their application in vision tasks.
- Proficient in using computer vision open-source libraries and frameworks like OpenCV, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong engineering skills, clean code practices, and the ability to independently drive the algorithm lifecycle from research and development to system integration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with large model applications, multi-modal models, or large model fine-tuning techniques like LoRA or SFT.
- Full lifecycle experience with industrial quality inspection vision systems for defect detection, OCR, or dimensional measurement.
- ADAS or autonomous driving visual algorithm development experience in areas like perception, BEV, or lane detection.
- Published computer vision-related papers or notable competition results.
