WTW is seeking a Junior Actuarial Analyst to join our team. In this consulting role, you will support a variety of actuarial calculations, data analysis, and report generation tasks, building a foundation for a career in actuarial services.
What You'll Do
- Work with and manipulate databases using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Develop practical knowledge of BI and other WTW tools, such as Quantify and Data Portal.
- Generate medical cost calculations according to the aging factor concept.
- Prepare simpler accounting calculations and actuarial valuations.
- Support the review of work performed in terms of data verification in the Data Portal.
- Generate and analyze actuarial assumption letters and reports with valuation results.
What We're Looking For
- A higher education level.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
- An intermediate level of English.
Nice to Have
- A degree in Actuarial Sciences or Statistics.
- Previous work experience in consulting or auditing companies.
- Strong relationship skills for collaborating with other teams or clients.
