About the Role

JumpCrew is looking for an Account Executive to drive growth by securing net new revenue. In this role, you’ll identify target companies, engage new contacts, and articulate the value JumpCrew's clients bring, focusing on developing long-term strategic relationships through proactive outreach.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify high-potential growth companies and quickly develop relationships with decision makers through cold outreach.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Sell to prospective companies by proposing solutions.
  • Demonstrate consistent daily habits of progressing sales pipeline through sales stages.
  • Develop a strategic approach to building a pipeline of sufficient size to exceed budget.
  • Meet required monthly KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of new business development experience.
  • Proven experience (1+ year) using Salesforce, HubSpot, or an equivalent CRM system.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Engage, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent tools.
  • Well-developed time management and organization skills.
  • Effective, influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Selling SaaS products and/or digital advertising experience.
  • Formal sales training (e.g., The Challenger Sale).
  • Clear demonstration of being a top individual contributor (e.g., President’s Club).
  • Experience educating customers on industry trends and articulating value propositions.
  • Ability to find new connections within large companies and SMBs.

This position operates on a hybrid schedule and is based out of our Nashville office.
