About the Role

Marketing is hiring a Juice Barista to prepare juice and other specialty products for purchase. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting food sampling and demonstrations while maintaining a clean and safe work environment, completing all necessary reporting, and adhering to required training.

What You'll Do

  • Set up and prepare the area for specialized food products.
  • Read all demonstration materials to understand program scope, instructions, and compliance.
  • Follow all safety requirements for equipment use, including hot machinery and sharp blades.
  • Practice proper lifting techniques for boxes and heavy merchandise.
  • Adhere to all tasks and procedures for safe food handling, preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal.
  • Accurately complete all required reporting, including online submissions.
  • Regularly check the event schedule and email for updates, changes, and supervisor requests.
  • Complete certifications and attend special training sessions as required.
  • Follow safety and compliance guidelines for machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work area using proper chemicals and equipment.
  • Assist teammates with event set-up, clean-up, and kitchen duties as needed.
  • Conduct food sampling and demonstrations following general set-up and teardown guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Applicable state and local food safety certification or license.
  • Ability to continuously lift a minimum of 50 lbs. several times per day.
  • Ability to push a wheeled machine weighing 50-600 lbs. to and from the sales floor.
  • Experience preparing foods using produce, machinery, and sharp utensils.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods each day.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours throughout the day as required.
  • Ability to climb using a 6’ step stool when necessary.
  • Visual ability to read instructions for safety and food safety compliance.
  • Ability to work in environments with exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions and hot equipment.
  • Ability to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other peripherals.
  • Ability to listen to, understand, and interact with spoken information and ideas.
  • Ability to read and understand written information and ideas.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to safely and effectively prepare juice or other specialty products for purchase.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and sampling events as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in Product Marketing, Product Demonstrations, or the food, beverage, or restaurant industry.

This is an onsite position.
