Harlow's Casino Resort and Spa is looking for a Bartender to provide excellent beverage service in our food venues and event spaces. You will be responsible for the stocking, preparation, and service of beer, wine, and spirits, ensuring every guest receives a fast, friendly, and quality experience.

What You'll Do

Stock, prepare, and serve beverages including beer, wine, and spirits.
Ensure guests receive fast, friendly, quality service.
Service of food and beverage items, collect payment, and clean and restock in your assigned venue.
Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and ready for the start of service.
Follow instructions from Food and Beverage management to ensure quality and excellence of service.
Greet guests on arrival and regard them on departure in a warm and inviting manner.
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including cash and food handling requirements.
Work safely, with sanitation, efficiency, and with guest loyalty in mind.
Ensure and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service area and dining room/venue floor.
Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
Work with communication devices such as telephones, two-way radios, guest paging systems, and table management systems.
Interact and speak with guests to maintain great guest relations.
Multi-task and complete all tasks with minimal supervision, showing a sense of urgency.
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and show dignity, kindness and respect to guests and Team Members.

Oral and written communication skills.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Nice to Have

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Customer Service or Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
