Nestlé is looking for a Nutritionist to provide expert nutrition information and counseling to consumers regarding our products. In this role, you will be a key point of contact, responding to customer queries, offering dietary guidance, and acting as an ambassador for our brands.

What You'll Do

Respond to customer queries via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way.
Provide and clarify information to Nestlé clients regarding the nutrition of Nestlé goods.
Offer counseling and suggestions for positive alterations in nutrition and dietary restrictions for consumers and their children or babies.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following specific guidelines.
Behave as an ambassador for our brands and products.
Inform customers about new products, functionalities, and campaigns.
Gather consumer feedback and complete FAQ database and knowledge-based documents.
Build relationships with stakeholders from the market, providing them information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision-making.
Ensure the Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process is handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Redirect consumer questions to appropriate stakeholders when an answer cannot be provided.

What We're Looking For

Advanced written and spoken knowledge in French and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, Life Science, Food Science, or a similar field.
1+ year of experience advising clients on food intake choices and meal planning.
Baby and adult nutrition knowledge (stages for baby and diet intake for adult).
First experience in customer relations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Capable of multi-tasking and being autonomous while working remotely.
Attention to detail, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new ways of work and technologies.
