Join the team at Marriott Hotels & Resorts as a Bartender, where you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our guests. This role is central to delivering memorable service and upholding our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
What You'll Do
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using precise measuring systems.
- Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles.
- Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and tools.
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies, transporting items to the bar set-up area.
- Wash soiled glassware and remove soiled wares from bar tops and tables.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
- Process all payment methods and handle end-of-shift cashier duties, including counting bank and completing reports.
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
- Complete closing duties and follow all company safety and security policies.
- Ensure a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating service needs.
- Speak using clear and professional language and develop positive working relationships.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and moving through narrow or elevated spaces.
- Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Nice to Have
