Chobani is seeking a Barista to be the welcoming face of our café, delivering exceptional customer service and crafting quality coffee drinks. In this role, you will engage with customers, maintain a spotless environment, and support your team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
What You'll Do
- Be the face of the café—engage with customers, take orders, and serve with genuine connection
- Create drinks with consistency, quality, and style
- Own your station, your shift, and your energy
- Keep the space spotless—cleanliness is part of the experience
- Jump in where needed, support your teammates, and always look for how to make things better
- Bring positive vibes to every shift
What We're Looking For
- Takes pride in being part of a team and embodies our principles: Kindness, Respect, Deliciousness, Efficiency, and Cleanliness
- Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality where the focus is customer facing
