This role supports federal business development by identifying and tracking government opportunities throughout the capture lifecycle. You'll work closely with leadership to maintain an up-to-date pipeline using Deltek GovWin and Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and log federal procurement activity through SAM.gov and Deltek GovWin
- Keep pipeline data current across CRM and opportunity tracking systems
- Support the development of capture strategies, including win themes and competitive analysis
- Contribute to responses for RFIs, white papers, and full proposals
- Track proposal timelines, compliance requirements, and assigned actions
- Coordinate with partners and support teaming discussions
- Attend industry events, customer meetings, and partner sessions in the DC region as needed
Qualifications and Environment
Security clearance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Deltek GovWin, SAM.gov, and Salesforce is essential. This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week onsite in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, with the balance remote. You will report directly to C-level executives, gaining direct exposure to strategic decision-making.
Compensation ranges between $60,000 and $90,000 annually, with no equity or additional compensation components.
