Oliver & Bonacini is hiring a Jr. Accountant

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast reports
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
  • Prepare and review journal entries
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
  • Support the payroll process
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of new accounting software or systems
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for regulatory bodies
  • Support the development and implementation of internal controls
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal stakeholders
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for external auditors
  • Support the development and implementation of financial controls
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review
  • Support the development and implementation of financial standards
