What You'll Do
- Find and speak with strong Quant Developer and Software Engineering candidates.
- Qualify them properly and submit them using our established standards.
- Keep the process moving from first contact through to final submission.
- Be consistent with outreach and pipeline building each week.
What We're Looking For
- Some recruiting experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience as an ex-agency biller or ex-founder who prefers delivery over management.
- Experience sourcing quant or software engineering candidates.
