Voice Dream is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team. This entry-level position involves handling sales calls and includes comprehensive on-the-job training. We require a commitment of at least 9 months.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Solve problems and document interactions
- Follow provided scripts and internal procedures
- Maintain a calm and quiet work environment
What We're Looking For
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Fluency in English
- Reliable, coachable attitude
- Ability to follow a strict training attendance policy of up to 2 weeks
