PrimeTalent is looking for an Analytics Consultant for our Jobs for Humanity initiative. In this role, you will partner directly with clients to translate their business objectives into measurable analytics strategies, implement and optimize tools, and provide actionable insights to drive growth, conversion, and retention.
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into measurable analytics strategies.
- Implement, configure, and optimize tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, and Contentsquare to track customer journeys and behavior.
- Design, manage, and validate data collection frameworks, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior, funnel performance, retention, and engagement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive growth, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure analytics best practices are embedded across the business.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in analytics, martech, and growth strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, digital product consulting, or growth strategy.
- Proven hands-on expertise with one or more of the following tools: Amplitude, Segment, Braze, Contentsquare.
- Strong experience working in consumer apps, e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
- Ability to turn complex data into simple, compelling stories and recommendations.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related).
Nice to Have
- Experience in growth/retention marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with SQL or scripting languages for advanced analysis.
- Previous consulting or agency-side experience.
