Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an RN Care Manager (Job TE-1051) to help people in the Everett area. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact with a flexible schedule. It’s a hybrid position combining in-person home visits with remote coaching, with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties.
What You'll Do
- Conduct home visits to assess safety, monitor health changes, and provide clinical coaching.
- Deliver ongoing coaching via a digital app, offering resource referrals and best practice guidance.
- Build trusting relationships with caregivers to reduce burnout and encourage positive changes.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Assist with additional projects and duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of employment.
- 2+ years of recent direct care experience with elders/adults with disabilities.
- Background in case management, care planning, and clinical assessments.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area (valid driver’s license and auto insurance required).
- Proficient in MS Office, case management systems, and web-based applications.
Nice to Have
- Background in eldercare, disabilities, or complex medical needs.
- Bilingual skills.

- Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year
