KTGY Architecture + Planning is hiring a Job Captain to lead the creation and coordination of architectural documents that bring design concepts into built form for high-rise, multifamily, and mixed-use developments. This role balances design sensibility with technical savvy to connect project inspiration to project documents.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creation and coordination of architectural documents
- Direct internal staff members
- Coordinate with consultant team in developing technical documents
- Contribute to the technical execution of the design story by generating design solutions
- Work closely with internal team members in producing technical documents
- Help guide and mentor Project Associates
- Work closely with project leadership in developing the work plan
- Focus on the quality of the work produced and its alignment with the design story
Team & Environment
You will work within the Washington D.C. High Density studio, sharing an office with For Sale, Interior Design and Research + Development teams.
