What You’ll Do
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team responsible for high-volume placements
- Use data to forecast demand, prioritise roles, and refine team workflow
- Step in directly when needed to support volume or complex hires
- Collaborate with sales and client teams to align talent delivery with business goals
- Represent talent strategy in client discussions and stakeholder meetings
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and candidate experiences
- Oversee compliance, contracts, and worker entitlements across placements
- Track performance metrics to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities
- Support internal hiring and shape employee value propositions
