The Recruitment Manager will lead and develop a team of Talent Consultants, ensuring high-quality and fast candidate placement for clients. This role is central to scaling Weploy’s talent operations, owning fulfilment, stakeholder relationships, and process improvement while maintaining the fastest turnaround in Australia, within The Quality Group (TQG).
What You'll Do
- Ensure the successful fulfilment of active roles whilst meeting SLAs
- Lead, develop, and grow a team of talent consultants
- Leverage data to forecast and manage workflow and job prioritisation across the team
- Improve the systems and processes the team runs on
- Step in and fulfil roles yourself when volume or complexity demands it
- Cross collaboration with internal teams to execute on talent strategies and initiatives
- Manage key stakeholder relationships - sales team and key clients
- Represent the talent function in client meetings
- Help with internal hiring
- Own Weployee engagement strategies & EVP
- Stay across compliance - awards, contracts, worker entitlements
- Review and track data to provide key insights, gaps and opportunities
