CI&T is looking for a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team in Brazil. In this key role, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security for our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure on AWS
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and infrastructure deployments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability of production environments
- Establish and enforce cloud security best practices, policies, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for the cloud and improve development workflows
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering role
- Proven expertise with core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation)
- Strong experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation and tooling
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ability to work autonomously and lead technical initiatives within a distributed team
- Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere within Brazil.
