CI&T is looking for a Mid Level Data Analyst in Brazil to join our team and tackle complex data challenges. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business value.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define data requirements.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the analysis process.
- Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a professional setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
